Ingredients:
  1. 1/2 kg shrimp
  2. Fish meatball (as much as you like)
  3. 5 white tofu
  4. Cabbage
  5. 1 Tomato
  6. Celery
  7. Spring onion
  8. lime
  9. 5 chili
  10. 1 litters water
  11. 3 tbs oyster sauce

Seasoning:
  1. 5 onions
  2. 3 garlic
  3. 1 tea spoon pepper
  4. 1 tea spoon coriander
  5. 3 tbs chili powder
(mashed and mix all the seasoning)

Additional seasons:
  1. Lemon grass
  2. Galangal
  3. Orange leaves

Instructions:
  1. Clean up the shrimps, then boiled it in water
  2. Stir fry the seasoning that have been mashed and mixed with 1 tbs of oil
  3. Add the additional seasons into the stir fry, stir it until the orange leaves wither
  4. Put the stir fried seasoning into the shrimp stew, and add oyster sauce
  5. Put fish meatball, white tofu into the stew
  6. After it boiled, put the vegetables and all remaining ingredients (spring onions, celery, tomato, chili) into the stew, so that the vegetables would still fresh
  7. Add lime juice, salt, and sugar
