When you found your true passion, don’t ever hesitate to do it, you got to be brave to make a decision and consistent with it.
Talking by myself in front of the mirror, I used to pretend like a master of ceremony when I was a kid. Born and raised by parents who always turn on the radio in our home, car, everywhere, made me interested in field of broadcast field. I was the youngest broadcaster in Bandung in 2007, as I was just 16 year old at that time. I never realize that Cool School event held by Oz Radio back then is my golden ticket to achieve my dream to become a broadcaster.
For me, the best broadcaster is when he/she able to control listener’s emotion.
I am such a lucky girl who got opportunity trained by my idol, Rian Ibram. Well I remember I always listened to his voice through radio when I was a high school student. I love the way he give punchline, his unique voice and how he made the listener’s emotion going up and down.
My parents have important role in my success as a broadcaster. They always support my decision. Even when I decided to leave my college degree. I found that radio, broadcasting, master of ceremony, hosting an event is my world, it is my passion and what makes me happy. It has been 10 years for me as a broadcaster. This is my effort to prove to my family that I am really happy now and I can consistent with what I have been chosen.
Now, I have a daughter and feeling blessed with my life. I can broadcast in Oz radio every morning in prime time session then go home to take care of my daughter. When you found your true passion, don’t ever hesitate to do it, you got to be brave to make a decision and consistent with it.
